Miratick is a mindfulness and wellness app that uses Apple Watch heart rate data, motion, gentle haptic nudges, meditation tracking, and breathing guidance to support mindful habits. Miratick is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any health conditions.
2. Health & Safety
Miratick uses Apple HealthKit to access heart rate and mindfulness-related data. We do not store HealthKit data on external servers. We do not share or sell HealthKit data. All processing is done on your device. Use Miratick at your own discretion. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns
3. Subscriptions
Miratick offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel anytime in Apple ID Subscriptions. We cannot provide refunds for unused time.
4. Liability
Miratick is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any damages related to your use of the app. Miratick does not replace medical advice.
5. Changes & Updates
We may update the app at any time to add features, improve performance, or fix issues.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access data without permission, or reverse engineer the app.
