Miratick values your privacy. We designed our app and devices to help you stay present and catch stress without compromising your personal data.
What We Collect
Heart rate, steps, and walking + running distance (from Apple Health), plus motion and workout data recorded by your Apple Watch, used only on your device to calculate stress elevation, activity trends, and mindfulness insights. Optional email (if you subscribe or join the waitlist).
How We Use Data
All wellness and activity data, whether from Apple Health or recorded directly by Miratick, stays on your device and is never shared or stored on external servers. Email information is used only to send updates, mindfulness content, or device announcements.
Third-Party Sharing
Miratick does not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
You're in Control
You can delete the app at any time to remove all locally stored data.
